# CDN showing waiting

i am trying to use wowza cdn but its not working … its showing waiting i also put exan name of streaming but its still showing waiting ,

Dear Sir/Madam,  
Thank you for contacting Wowza Media Systems Support.

If you haven’t done so already, I recommend that you [open a ticket with our support team](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) to troubleshoot this issue further. When creating a support ticket, please ensure that you provide the following directories:  
[Wowza-Install]/conf/  
[Wowza-Install]/logs/ (only the latest log files showing the issue are required)  
[Wowza-Install]/transcoder/ (if being used)

Please make sure you also provide logs that show Wowza Streaming Engine starting.

If you are not sure how to get this information please see [this tutorial](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-create-a-compressed-zip-file-in-windows-os-x-and-linux).

If you’re using a .stream file to start re-streaming please provide this too - [Wowza-Install]/content/\*.stream
