# Can't play live stream from iOS

Hi there,

I write this post because I’ve some troubles playing live streams from iOS devices. I can’t play anything from iphone or ipad but I can play from other methods well.

I’ve this ERROR message in error\_log:

#Version: 1.0

#Start-Date: 2011-12-13 13:34:50 CET

#Software: Wowza Media Server 3.0.2.01 build874

#Date: 2011-12-13

#Fields: x-severity x-category x-event date time c-client-id c-ip c-port cs-bytes sc-bytes x-duration x-sname x-stream-id x-spos sc-stream-bytes cs-stream-bytes x-file-size x-file-length x-ctx x-comment

ERROR server comment 2011-12-13 13:34:51 - - - - - 1.822 - - - - - - - - getXMLPropertyInt: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: “320\>”

I think that there isn’t relationship between iOS and this ERROR.

any ideas?

Look for this error in the access log, then look above it to see what configuration file is creating that exception, so you can fix it.

Are you doing live streaming? Have you configured Application.xml /LiveStreamingPacketizers ?

That is exactly the same issue I had Adding “controls” property solved the problem. Last time when

[ipl live](http://ipl.ccl5.com/) starts this is the same issue for me. i am much worried but this will be helps you.Thanks!
