# Cannot log in to my new Wowza account!!

Anyone else unable to login to Wowza Streaming Cloud ? - telling me incorrect email / password or "There was a problem attempting to contact the validation server. Please try again later.” It’s been 20 minutes already… is the server down? Does this happen often?

I do see that we are experiencing intermittent issues with this right now. In order to provide more assistance, I will need more information from you.

For now, please send an email to support@wowza.com with the subject: _WSC: I can’t log in_

Provide us in the email:

Your name

email address you registered with your Wowza Cloud Account
