# Can we do multiple streams in one application at the same time?

I have just bought the license for Wowza Streaming engine and starting work on an web app.

1. The problem I’m facing is, whenever I connect multiple streams from the same application it only takes one of them. If one stream is running and then I try to connect another one then the new stream replaces the previous one but two of them don’t run simultaneously.

All streams have different stream names and I even tried giving them different sources. Two simultaneous streams run on different applications but I’m trying to run them on the same Application.

1. Another thing is, if I start a stream and have been streaming for 20 mins. If a new viewer joins they don’t see the stream from where it is at the moment (20:00), but they see it from the beginning (00:00). Can this be changed?
