I am having trouble transcoding to iphone and android devices got several errors but dont know how to resolve. There are apparently some problems with this source. Along with all the WARN messages, the video codec is High 3.1, which none of these devices will play. Main 3.1 is the highest you can expect, but we recommend Baseline 3.1 to reach older devices. The framerate reported by the stream is “0”, so that is why you are seeing the messages about framerate. But it is changed to 15.0. Is that what you set it to? I think this message is still logged, but it shows the override setting you made Richard ---

What Wowza is getting from the encoder is “0”. This method allows you to tell Wowza what you know the framerate to be. You can set it to whatever you want. Richard ---

How do I change the framerate from 0 to actually what it is… Is this done on my encoder on in wowza? ---

Yes, I change it to 15. I thought it was suppose to match the encoder fps. I tried it when it was 30 but still the message was coming up. Cannot seem to get rid of it.
