# Can GeoCoder relay an RTSP stream from WiFi camera via Android to Wowza server?

I have a WiFi Camera that brodcast on the local LAN.  
I can view its video and audio on VLC app that I installed on my Android phone.  
Now I want to relay the straem via the phone network (3G) to the WowZa server on the internet.

Camera -\> (wifi) -\> Android -\> (internet) -\> Wowza server

Hi,

Although in theory this is possible it would take quite a bit of development work. The GoCoder app is designed to take frames from the camera - which are already encoded correctly - so you would need to find a developer who would do this work for you, or outline more definitively if it is possible.
