# CACTI not showing Wowza graphs

Thanks Richard,

Yes the check box is unchecked.

Otherwise I could not even get network and system graphs…

Only the Wowza graphs are not showing up…

Here’s the “devices” page telling the wowza graphs are “Being graphed” ![](http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2735316/cacti3.jpg)

However, nothing shows in “Graph” page : ![](http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2735316/cacti4.jpg)

Hi,

I tested with a US-EAST instance and CACTI shows all the graphs. it seems that the issue is realated to eu instances.

I can’t find “Cacti” in recent WowzaMediaServerForEC2\_UsersGuide.pdf

BTW, we are using Wowza 2.2.4, where can I download UserGuide for this version?
