Hello, I’m using the Teradek Vidiu and am getting an error showing on the screen of the vidiu: “rtmp publishing not allowed”. I’m using the wowza gocoder and Adobe FMLE to stream and am not seeing these issues. Is there something I have to configure to get the vidiu working?

Hello,

I would check the Flash Version string to make sure that you add the encoder manufacturer here.

More info on this is located in this [article](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-configure-security-using-wowza-streaming-engine-manager#flashverstring).

You can get to the Flash version string by going here:

_Wowza Streaming Engine Manager \> App name \> Incoming Security \> Flash Version String checks encoder manufacturer._

_Adding something like “**Teradek/1.0 (compatible; FMSc/1.0)**” should do the trick._

_Regards,_

_Alex_
