Teradek is probably the best option for you if you are concerned about cost. They are also part of the [Works With Wowza](https://www.wowza.com/partners/works-with-wowza/teradek) partner program. Please note that you would still need additional hardware/software in order to manage the network aggregation and routing. In this [thread](http://community.wowza.com/t/-/38956), they discuss using Sputnik for this function.
