# bluemix object storage streaming

IBM Bluemix Object Storage is not too dissimilar from amazonS3 in terms of protocol and structure. Is there a way to create a custom media cache source to stream from that infrastructure or is one being developed for those of us not on the Amazon cloud framework?

Regarding a custom mediacache source, here is an article on mediacache and how to setup a remote source location. Go to the HTTP Source setup part and that should help you.
