# Bad packet length

hi,

we are seeing below error message is wowza error log.

Message:

ERROR server comment 2013-04-24 14:15:41 - - - - - 631079.909 - - -

- 
  - 
    - 
      - 
        - RTPDePacketizerMPEG4LATM.handleRTPPacket: Bad packet length: 0:-5

please suggest

This message indicates a network connection problem. Try to stream the same file on your localhost or your local network to eliminate network problems as the issue.
