# Axis M3044 IP camera Wowza 4.8 DVR not playing

Hi,

Iam using Axis IP camera M3044. In the browser i can able to see the video. But in Wowza streaming engine ui while click test player and view Adobe RTMP it delayed playing after few seconds (initailly black screen and start playing after few seconds approx. 40 - 50 secs). When i am checking the playback it not working. I enabled DVR option. I checked the files in the DVR folder, the files are not properly created and the file size of (\*.m4fv) are less than 100kb. Sometimes the files was not even created. I checked the log files and found below warnings,

HTTPStreamerAdapterSanJoseStreamer.service: Request timeout: 8000

LiveStreamDvrRecorder.endChunk

Can you please help me to resolve this issue. The video format is H264 in the video settings page.

Send us a[support ticket](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket)if you need help connecting your Axis after checking the following:

1. Disable source authentication in Streaming Engine

2. Make sure you are following the AXIS directions for the URL.

3. Make sure you have set a proper framerate and keyframe interval at the encoder

**Note:** The camera’s IP address is the network address or properly mapped domain that you set up using the [AXIS IP Utility](http://www.axis.com/techsup/software/iputility/) and what you use to access the camera settings.
