I need some help. I am trying to get the logs from my wowza, which is running on amazons aws, for support to trouble shoot a problem playing MPEG-Dash files. Can any provide me with instructions on how to do this from a Windows machine. I am new to AWS and wowza and would appreciate any help!

To obtain your log files, you can utilize FTP and/or SSH (via putty). You can check out our [user guide](https://www.wowza.com/resources/WowzaMediaServerForEC2_UsersGuide.pdf) and look at pages 15-17 for more info on this process.
