# Avoid VLC play link Wowza Stream

So do u have any ideas about avoid another player can read link?

Hello Hoang Hai,

One option is to use the [RefererValidate module](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-control-access-to-your-application-by-checking-referer-domain-modulereferervalidate). This can be used to prevent playback from clients that aren’t in the specified domain(s).
