# Auto Boot/Boot with Power

I am setting up a remote system with ClearCasters. I am trying to figure out a way to boot the machine without physically touching the button or being near the device. Is there any way I can have the ClearCaster boot once provided with power?

Hi Dillion,
I have to ask, as my curiosity wants to know why don’t you just keep the unit running?
The good news is I think we can solve your problem easily. If the system is booted up and running and you physically cut off the power, but don’t touch the power button on the front of the system. When power is returned to the unit, it should startup.
Let me know if that workflow solves your problem?
