# Application folder (\[install-location\]/applications/) is missing

Since I restart Wowza Server 3.6.4 today I got a LOT of this in error log

```auto
Application folder ([install-location]/applications/) is missing

Funny thing is that [install-location]/applications/ exist ! ALL my Application streaming are working fine I don’t know why is that error, can u help me?

Hi

This is usually caused by the encoder not sending the application name properly.

Check that the application name is specified and is not mis-spelled or malformed.
