# Android Recorded video in portrait mode show horizontal in JWPlayer

Hi Team,
I Have published on stream from android mobile in portrait mode and after successful publish when i tried to play it from JWPlayer it shown in horizontal format.
Is there any adition settings required from Wowza side ?

Hi,
Currently there is no option to rotate a video within Wowza Streaming Engine.
I did a quick search and found the following post in the [WordPress forum](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/video-showing-sideways) which resolves the same issue using [Handbrake](http://handbrake.fr/).
I will add this as a feature request to our backlog on your behalf. Features which are added to our backlog are reviewed and considered for future versions of Wowza Streaming Engine.
At this time I can’t confirm if the feature will be approved and if so, any time-scales for it’s availability.

Hi Oleg,
This feature has not been added to the product yet but I have sent the feature request again to show the increased in popularity of the request.
Currently any manipulation of the video files must be done outside of Wowza Streaming Engine.

Is there any change in this? I also have live video that needs rotation.

Is there any change to the video rotation in Wowza? We have an issue while recording iOS video and then playing it in Chrome (it is upside down). We would like to get Wowza to rotate while recording
