We need to develop a Timecode/sync module

We’re pulling RTSP streams from IP cameras. Most of them do not insert timecode to the stream. We need to add a timecode to all output streams from Wowza.

The output stream we are getting is RTSP, but we can use RTMP if it would be the only option how to get a timecode. The timecode should be pretty detailed (resolution approx 20ms). I’ve got some hints from Wowza support how to develop such module.
