Adding SecureToken protection to JW player

Thanks, so it seems its a problem with the player source code. Im using version 4.4.198

I deleted the streamer line like it says in the first step, the 2nd step about moving the code seems to have already been done in this version of the source.

So all I did was remove the streamer line but it still doesnt work unfortunatley. If I ever get it working I will post my results.

Thanks

Edit The thing that gets me is it wont work on a single file either. I thought it was a playlist problem but its not.

When you check out the the JW Player code from SVN, does anyone have have trouble opening the player.fla in CS3?

Hi, i’ve read this thread but there is one question left, just to make sure.

We are using JWPlayer v4.3.132 with a newer version of WowzaPro to stream our videos on a test-website.

Is it right, that i only have to change the com.jeroenwijering.player.Player.as at line #67 from “undefined” to “’’”, generating a new player.swf file and update the Application.xml to match the token?

So i dont have to change any parameters in the JavaScript section around new SWFObject… if my streams are already running without tokens?

Anyway great job so far!
