We need to update our wowza instance and bit the bullet and paid for a renewed maintenance contract, and nothing shows up in the My Downloads section of My Account.

Where are my updates!? I need to update this system ASAP!

Received a call from Wowza helping me resolve it. There was a hiccup on the backend and now my access is restored.
