I am using wowza streaming engine to re-stream files and live stream. But I did this maually using web UI. How can I do this programatically? Is there any SDK provided by wowza? Can I use wowza as a library? If yes, how to start with it?

Can you send us more details about your workflow?
It is possible to create and use a custom Wowza module that would publish incoming streams.
