# About  re-stream an unprotected stream

Hello all!

so at the finishing, i test i have a problem that the screen only appear a black screen with the text" playing" . can you show me? where i was wrong?

Hi,

Do you see anything in the logs which would indicate what the issue is?

Have you restarted the application after making any changes?

If you’re unable to see anything in the log and have tried restarting the application with the same result, please open a ticket by sending an email to support@wowza.com

Include a ZIP file attachment which includes a copy of the following directories and a link to this thread for reference.

[Wowza-Install]/conf/

[Wowza-Install]/logs/

[Wowza-Install]/transcoder/

[Wowza-Install]/manager/logs/
