Hello there and welcome to the Wowza support forum.

According to[this forum thread](http://community.wowza.com/t/-/38589), Wowza can distribute a 360 degree stream, but the affect is a combination of capture, post production steps (stitching) and a customized player.

I have not heard anything newer then this at this time. I may be wrong and someone from support may have other information to share.

Another option might be to post a request to the [find a consultant forum](http://community.wowza.com/c/-/7) and see what options turn up.

Best,

Salvadore
