# 160p Common Resolution for iPhone, Android and Blackberry

Hello,

I’m struggling to find a common resolution for 160p transcoding that will work across most common iphone, Android and Blackberry smart phones.

The default 284x160 works fine on iphone and Blackberry. However, this doesn’t work on Android with the common supported resolutions being 470x320.

470x320 works fine on Android and Blackberry but iPhone doesn’t work then.

Any advice?

Hi arminz,

What do you mean by doesn’t work? Do you mean the aspect ratio is not correct?
