# 0 byte mp4 file in s3

We are having a problem where intermediately after a live stream is complete the mp4 file that is uploaded to s3 is 0 bytes. This does not always happen. We haven’t pinpointed the problem. We are currently using the trial version.

What record method are you using? What documentation are you following to implement your recording feature?

You might want to open a ticket [HERE](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket)and submit your /conf and /log files for us to investigate further.
