Unable to import AC3 audio from MpegTS udp on Wowza Streaming Engine 4

Hi,

I have tried to follow the steps in here:

Also put the code in the mediacaster section as mentioned here: AC3 in Wowza not available at all?

This is under the RTP container:

But I am not getting any audio out of the Android format. I get audio, from the ios link. I get pink/white noise on adobe RTMP/HDS formats.

I think I am close but need help.
