Rest API available?

Hi Guys,

I have to start a new project and I need to develop a Microsoft .NET application that controls the Wowza media server via REST API.

That’s what I need:

1)start/stop the streaming from an IP camera and expose a different streaming url each 15 seconds

2)in loop mode, i need to record the live streaming into separate video files (15 seconds for each one)

Is possible it? If not, can you explain me another solution?
