The title says it all. I have seen several solutions back from 2010 ish detailing how this is done.

From what I gather there are three ways:
Wirecast
VLC
ffmpeg
I read at one point Wowza was thinking about adding MJPEG decode? Any update on this?
Give the options above does anybody have any other solutions or experience with those?
I need a 3 FPS 640x480 MJPEG stream into Wowza.
